We're just under two months away from the return of the Minnesota State Fair, but you can start salivating now if you like.

That's because the State Fair has released the list of new foods, drinks and vendors for the 2021 Great Minnesota Get-Together.

In total, there are 26 new items to sample from existing vendors, along with four entirely new food vendors who will debut at this year's fair.

The new entries include Fluffy's Hand Cut Donuts, Scenic 61 by New Scenic Cafe and the Midtown Global Market's Andy's Garage.

Also opening its own stand for the first time is Summer Lakes Beverage, which previously sold it's beverages as bottled mixes and merchandise at the State Fair.

New foods meanwhile include Cucumber Jalapeno Limeade, Buffalo Chicken Doughscuit, and Cracklin Prime Nachos, among other things.

Here's the full list.
