Gallery: Home on Duluth's Park Point Beach on the market for $2.5 million
A home on Duluth's famous Park Point is on the market for $2.5 million — Lake Superior views and beach access included.
The 2.75 story, 5,300 square foot home at 4202 Minnesota Ave. sits on more than half an acre on Lake Superior. Deanna Bennett of Real Living Messina and Associates, Inc. has the listing.
The current owners, who are selling as they're looking to downsize, had the home custom built for themselves in 1995.
"My favorite feature of the home is the hotel-like master suite overlooking the eastern view of Lake Superior and the rare ability to hit the beach inches from your door," Bennett told Bring Me The News.
"I used to live on Park Point and this is so rare. So peaceful in the early am with no one there — almost Zen Like and at night, the stars are amazing and no one is on the beach. Park Point is such a rarely used and quiet beach in that area."

Bennett said one of the most unique features of the home, in addition to the beach access, is the turret/watch tower at the top that offers views of Duluth's hillside and the bay.
The home, which was built for entertaining with its large windows overlooking the lake, has a wine room, a full workshop, a garage for a boat or RV.
