For $3.8 million, you can have the Lake Minnetonka home currently owned by Medtronic CEO Geoff Martha.

The CEO and chairman of the Fridley-based – but Ireland domiciled – company recently listed the house at 2118 Shadywood Road in Wayzata, which last sold for $2.15 million in 2011.

Built in 2010 by architect Stephen Longman, the luxury home comes with 110-feet of shoreline on Lake Minnetonka.

The listing from Coldwell Banker Burnet's Michelle Doerrler Gri says that it has recently undergone $630,000 in updates.

It has five bedrooms and five bathrooms across its 6,383 square-feet, set on 0.83 acres of land overlooking Crystal Bay.

Among the standout features of the house are a home theatre, a wine cellar, a chef's kitchen, and floor-to-ceiling windows in several rooms providing views across the lake.
