Now that the contract dispute is behind Minnesota Orchestra's musicians and management, the renovated Orchestra Hall is moving forward with other business, the Pioneer Press reports.

The Minnesota Orchestra announced its "Live at Orchestra Hall" series Monday, which includes "Glee" star and vocalist Matthew Morrison April 5, and legendary comedian Bill Cosby on May 31.

Morrison will be accompanied by the Minnesota Orchestra.

The "Live" series replaces what was previously known as the "Pops" series, the Star Tribune says.

Other acts in this year's "Live at Orchestra Hall" series includes star trumpeter Chris Botti March 20-21, former "Tonight Show" band leader and Pops Conductor Laureate Doc Severinsen April 12-13, musician and former St. Paul Chamber Orchestra creative chair Bobby McFerrin on April 19, and "Pixar in Concert" June 21-22.

The Orchestra also announced that its 11th Sommerfest will run July 5-26 under the direction of Andrew Litton.

In addition, the orchestra announced a new "Friends and Family Concerts" series, which is sponsored by Friends of the Minnesota Orchestra.

The family-friendly performances – which offer two free tickets for children up to age 17 with the purchase of each adult ticket – begin March 2.
