Gaming Floor, Food, Spa, and Gift Shops Are Open

Grand Casino’s goal is to reopen their Guests’ favorite places while ensuring they keep a clean and safe environment. The gaming floor is open at both the Mille Lacs and Hinckley locations.

Bingo and Pull Tabs are also open.

Although some restaurants are temporarily closed, both casinos have food options available. At Grand Casino Mille Lacs: Plums (daily) and 1991 Kitchen (weekends). At Grand Casino Hinckley: Grand Provisions (daily). Cocktail and beverage service on the gaming floor will continue without interruption.

At Hinckley, the Grand Harmony Spa is open by appointment only. Guests can book a variety of spa treatments, including massage and nail services.

Retail and gift shops are also open. From comfortable clothes to candles, native pottery to figurines, there’s something for everyone.

The Star Tribune reports it has been at least four years since slot machines were inspected at Mystic Lake Casino in Shakopee, Grand Casino Hinckley and Grand Casino Mille Lacs. The Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement division of the DPS told the paper budget constraints have reduced the number of inspections by its three full-time agents. The executive director of the Minnesota Indian Gaming Association says all casinos in the state are also regulated by the tribal governments.
