Helen Mirren – who won an Oscar for best actress as Queen Elizabeth II in "The Queen" – paid a special tribute to Prince at the annual White House Correspondents Association dinner on Saturday.

“I admire great artists and he was a great artist,” Mirren told The Washington Post. As for the fake tattoo she said, "I’d love to say that Prince himself did it in 1988 or something, instead of me in the bathroom this morning."

The newspaper also reported that the A-lister dined at a table with Vice President Joe Biden and Secretary of State John Kerry during the event.

Even President Barack Obama acknowledged Mirren in his speech, according to the Huffington Post.

“Helen Mirren is here tonight. I don’t have a joke here, I just think Helen Mirren is awesome,” he said.

But President Obama's speech at his last White House correspondents dinner was full of jokes, according to reports. He made fun of presidential candidates Bernie Sanders, Hilary Clinton and Donald Trump.
