Two new food options opened their doors in the Twin Cities within the last five days.
The owner of the wildly popular Lowertown restaurant in St. Paul, Saint Dinette, opened Meyvn, a new joint at 901 W. Lake St. in Minneapolis that specializes in Montreal-style bagels and an array of deli meats and smoked fish, not to mention carryout services and a full bar.
Leading the way is executive chef Adam Eaton and general manager Laurel Elm, who helped put Saint Dinette on the must-eat map.
The full menu isn't available on Meyvn's website (it should be in a day or two), but you can get a good look at the mouth-watering food they have on their Instagram page.
Meanwhile, in St. Paul, the new Union Depot restaurant opened for business late last week. Officially called Union Depot Bar & Grill specializes in American cuisine with innovative twists, and they're open seven days a week for lunch and dinner until 9 p.m.
City Pages has more on the $2 million in renovations done at the Union Depot, and also notes that the full-service restaurant is under the ownership group that runs Crave restaurants and Cowboy Jack's.
Here's a look at their drinks menu, with their food menu further below.
