Jason Matheson's FOX 9 show gets picked up by Hulu

The Twin Cities presenter will get a national audience.

Twin Cities television personality Jason Matheson will bring his show to a bigger audience after it was picked up by streaming giant Hulu,

The FOX 9 presenter announced on Monday that The Jason Show will now be distributed across the country on Hulu.

It follows two successful national tests, he said on Twitter.

"As you can imagine, this a big day for our staff who has worked their asses off to make this happen," he tweeted. "They are SIMPLY THE BEST."

The Jason Show has attracted national attention before. In both the summers of 2016 and 2017, the show was given a run in other FOX markets, including Los Angeles, Dallas, Phoenix and Chicago.

He's also been drafted in on several occasions to offer his own take on celebrity gossip on national FOX TV show Hollywood Today Live.

The Jason Show has been a big success since debuting on Twin Cities television in 2015. Matheson is also a radio personality, hosting the Jason & Alexis show on MyTalk 107.1, and previously worked for WCCO.
