Justin Bieber to perform in Minneapolis for summer 'Changes' tour

Bieber's tour begins in May and wraps up in late-September.

Coming to Target Center this summer: Justin Bieber. 

The big announcement was made Tuesday by Def Jam, with Bieber's "Changes" tour set to hit the road across North America May through September, with a stop in Minneapolis at Target Center set for June 21. 

American Express cardholders can take advantage of pre-sale tickets beginning Jan. 30, while tickets to the general public go on sale Valentine's Day, Feb. 14, at noon through Bieber's website

Ticket prices have yet to be announced. 

Bieber will be joined on tour by Kehlani and Jaden Smith. 

One dollar of every ticket purchased will be donated to the Bieber Foundation, which supports mental health wellness. 

Bieber is the latest act announced for Target Center in 2020. Among the others: 

  • Feb. 7 - Brantley Gilbert
  • Mar. 12-15 - Disney on Ice
  • April 10 - Dan and Shay
  • July 16 - Impractical Jokers Live
  • Aug. 25 - Roger Waters

The Bieber announcement comes on the heels of four major acts announcing performance dates in the Twin Cities this summer, including Hall & Oates, Rammstein, Nickelback and George Strait.
