Lineup for 2020 Basilica Block Party revealed

Sylvan Esso and Hippo Campus are the headliners.

The lineup for The Cities 97.1 Basilica Block Party has been revealed, with Sylvan Esso and Minnesota's own Hippo Campus among the headline acts.

The two-day festival in the shadow of Minneapolis' Basilica of Saint Mary will take place over the weekend of July 10 and 11.

Headlining the Friday night on the Great Clips Stage is Sylvan Esso, the synth duo who played to a packed crowd at the Surly Festival Field in 2018.

St. Paul indie rock band Hippo Campus will follow on the Saturday.

Tickets cost $60 for one day and $110 for both, and they'll be on sale at the Block Party website beginning 10 a.m. Friday.
