A Twin Cities couple has one last chance of becoming bonafide TV stars – and they need Minnesota's help.
Heather and Brad Fox saw their pilot show for HGTV, "Stay or Sell," air for the first time on July 9.
Now it will be re-aired on Saturday, Aug. 4, at 1 p.m. Central Time, and are hoping for as many Minnesotans to watch as possible.
That's because this is probably their last chance to prove the ratings and the potential of their show before a decision is made by HGTV about whether they'll pick up the series.
Heather Fox told BMTN that the ratings were good following the initial airing, and their production team seemed happy with the show.
She says that they've been told it's usually about 6 weeks after the airing before they should hear something.
The Foxes have been running their Minnetonka-based realty and design company, Fox Homes, for almost a decade.
The show sees them try to persuade people to renovate their homes so they can stay in their neighborhoods, rather than selling up.
And the pilot airing on Saturday is set right here in Minnesota, as they help St. Louis Park couple Liza and Brian Hill with their renovation project.
