It's been more than a year in the making, but Heather and Brad Fox finally see the fruits of their labor hit national TV screens this month.

After a successful pilot last summer, the realtors and renovators behind Fox Homes in Minnetonka had "Stay or Sell" picked up by HGTV for an 8-episode series.

It gets its premiere at 8 p.m. Central on Tuesday, Aug. 27, with the Foxes hosting a watch party at Royal Foundry Craft Spirits in Minneapolis.

"We’ve poured our hearts into making this series become a reality this past year, and we want you all to be a part of it," the pair said on Facebook.

While the Foxes are the stars, the stunning supporting cast includes the cities and suburbs that make up the Twin Cities metro.

The show sees the couple present their Minneapolis-area clients with two options: renovate their current home or buy another one nearby that can be customized.

The overriding premise of the show is that homeowners may love their neighborhood, just not their property. Heather and Brad then step in to make their property dreams come true once they decide whether to "stay or sell."

"There are a lot of people who need more house but don’t want to move out of their neighborhood," Brad said in an HGTV press release.

"That means they have to choose between living in a house that’s too small or moving away. That’s where we come in."
