The Minnesota State Fair announced 28 new food products for this year's Great Minnesota Get-Together.

What's on the list? A lot.

Everything from early morning eats such as the "Breakfast Juicy LuLu," to desserts like the "Deep-Fried Buckeyes." A State Fair press release also details the six new food vendors for the 2014 fair.

We put together a list of some of the ones that sounded intriguing to the BringMeTheNews team.

Chocolate Dessert Salami

"Chocolate, butter, almonds and walnuts all blended and rolled into a distinctive salami shape, dusted with powdered sugar, then sliced and served on specialty crackers for a unique Italian dessert." Find it at Sausage Sisters.

Pizza Tots

"Green Mill’s version of the tater tot, these handmade pizza tots combine sausage, pepperoni, mozzarella, seasonings and hash browns, and they are then dusted with Parmesan cheese and served with a side of pizza sauce." Find them at Green Mill.

Bacon-Wrapped Turkey Leg

This should get meat-lovers' attention. It's an old favorite wrapped in another old favorite. "A roasted turkey leg wrapped in a layer of bacon." Find it at Texas Steak Out.

Beer Gelato

Like beer? How about ice cream? This might be the answer. "Made fresh daily on-site, this rich, smooth and creamy gelato is blended with local craft beer." Find it at Mancini’s Al Fresco.

Pretzel Curds

"These real Wisconsin cheddar cheese curds are coated in a batter made from crushed pretzels, bread crumbs and American Pilsner beer; deep-fried to create a crunchy outside and a soft delicious inside; and served with a zesty dipping sauce." They're at O’Gara’s.

Jello Salad Ice Cream

This treat "features a sweet cream base flavored with fresh lime juice, swirled with cranberry sauce and blended with marshmallows dipped in marshmallow crème." Made by Izzy’s Ice Cream. Find it at Hamline Church Dining Hall.

Gluten-Free, Beer-Battered Brat

"A locally-made gluten- and nitrate-free brat, dipped in a homemade beer batter and deep-fried on-a-stick." Find it at Sonny’s Spiral Spuds.

The 2014 Minnesota State Fair runs from Aug. 21 through Labor Day.
