Across its two locations in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Parlour Bar sells more than 137,000 of its famous "Parlour burgers" every year.

Well that number is set to increase, with the popular bar set to take its burger on the road with the launch of Parlour's Food Truck.

It'll first hit the streets of the Twin Cities in February, offering limited menu designed by Chef Mike DeCamp, which includes its burger, fries and a salad.

The burger is consistently ranked as one of the best offered in Minnesota, and was even named No. 1 in CityPages 2014 list of 100 Favorite Dishes.

"Parlour Burgers are by far our most popular menu item across the board," said Brent Frederick, owner of Jester Concepts, the hospitality company that owners Parlour.

"Now we’ll have the ability to bring them to even more people across the Twin Cities, both around town and for special events."

Frederick told diners to expect to see the Parlour Truck at breweries and distilleries across the Twin Cities, including Indeed, Tattersall and Bauhaus Brew Labs.

It'll be operating 4-5 nights per week, and will also be available for corporate events and weddings, as well as offering Old Fashioned cocktails at select events thanks to an add-on pop-up bar.
