Positive reaction to Twin Cities couple's new HGTV show 'Stay or Sell'

The Foxes' show debuted on Monday.

Heather and Brad Fox made their national TV debut on Monday night as their new HGTV show "Stay or Sell" aired for the first time.

The show went out at 10 p.m. Central, and the duo now hope it will get picked up for more episodes.

The first episode sees Foxes help a family in St. Louis Park decide whether to expand their increasingly cramped house, or sell up and find an alternative home nearby.

Although it's not available for streaming at the time of writing, you can check back here to watch the episode when it finally goes up.

The Foxes have been running their Minnetonka-based realty and design company, Fox Homes, for almost a decade, and they held a live viewing party at 6Smith in Wayzata for the show's premiere.

While it went out relatively late on the cable TV channel Monday night, the positive reaction so far on social media could be a good sign it will get picked up for more episodes.

There were some who pointed out similarities between "Stay or Sell" to some of HGTV's other shows (let's face it, they're all pretty much alike), but even they couldn't bring themselves to dislike it.
