Powerball ticket sold in the north metro is worth $1 million

A $50,000 winner was also sold in Minneapolis.

A Powerball ticket worth $1 million in Sunday night's drawing was sold in Coon Rapids, according to the Minnesota State Lottery. 

The ticket was purchased at the Speedway located at 11872 Round Lake Blvd. NW, with the buyer coming up one number short of winning the $373 million jackpot. Instead, the ticket matched the first five numbers for the $1 million prize. 

Winning numbers: 2-9-17-36-67 and the Powerball of 18. 

Another Powerball ticket bought in Minnesota is worth $50,000 after matching four numbers. It was sold at Gas Plus #5 off of Xerxes Ave. in Minneapolis. 

Meanwhile, a Northstar Cash lottery ticket bought in Newport is worth $91,126. That winning ticket was purchased at Winners Corner, located at 1594 Hastings Ave.
