Prince's luxury Toronto home is up for sale... again

Got an extra 17 million bucks lying around?

If you missed your chance to buy Prince's former Canadian home when it went up for sale a couple years ago, you're in luck — if you have nearly 17 million dollars to spare.

The sprawling 14,280 square-foot mansion, which sits in Toronto's exclusive Bridle Path neighborhood (often referred to as "Millionaires' Row"), is available for $16.9 million.

You might remember the last time it hit the market — April 2017 — but back then, it was about four million bucks cheaper.

According to a Financial Post feature on the property, the house has been publicly listed four times since 2011.

And it's apparently been sitting unoccupied for a while, with the realtor telling the magazine the current owners are "property collectors" who may have viewed the house as an investment.

Interestingly, the late rock star's mark on the property remains, with purple carpeting and other signature Prince touches still intact.

Prince first bought the house with then-wife Manuela Testolini in 2001, and it was sold after the pair divorced several years later.
