Raising Cane's now hiring for its 10th Twin Cities restaurant

It'll open in Eagan on October 3.

The rapid expansion of Louisiana-based Raising Cane's in the Twin Cities metro continues, with the chain set to open its 10th metro location in October.

The chicken finger chain is now hiring up to 90 staff members for its latest restaurant at 1525 Central Parkway in Eagan.

It's planning the grand opening of the fast-food joint on Oct. 3, with construction "rapidly nearing completion."

It will become the 10th location in the Twin Cities metro, having first appeared in Minnesota in 2007.

But more recently it's ramped up its expansion efforts, adding numerous new outlets across the metro.

It was only four years ago that Raising Cane's opened only its third restaurant in the Twin Cities, in Shoreview, since when it's added another seven.

As well as in Eagan and Shoreview, the chain has two outlets in Dinkytown, and restaurants in West Saint Paul, Apple Valley, Woodbury, Blaine, Coon Rapids, and Maple Grove.

Interviews for Raising Cane's applicants will be held on Sept. 23 at the Holiday Inn Express at 3434 Washington Drive in Eagan. You can apply here: raisingcanesjobs.com.
