The Marshall-based foodmaker has revealed more details about its "unapologetically decadent dessert destination" it's bringing to the Minneapolis North Loop this summer.
Called Edwards Dessert Kitchen, it's scheduled to open this summer in the Lowry building at 200 Washington Ave. N.
It'll be led by general manager and executive pastry chef Christina Kaelberer, who in a press release on Monday has revealed some of the mouthwatering desserts.
Miso caramel pudding, vegan chocolate mousse, coconut crème pie puffs and passion fruit soufflé are some of the menu items you can expect, that will also feature made-to-order options and a "seasonal tasting menu."
Ice cream and pies, Schwan's raison d'etre, will also be on the menu.
It's not just dessert you'll find at the eatery though, with Edwards Dessert Kitchen also serving booze.
It's teaming up with Tattersall Distillery in Minneapolis to offer a "carefully crafted cocktail menu," as well as offering locally-sourced coffee from St. Paul's True Stone Coffee Roasters.
