Steve Miller Band booked for Treasure Island show this summer

He'll play the Welch casino on July 18.

Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Steve Miller will be bringing the Band to Treasure Island this summer.

The Steve Miller Band has been booked for the Welch casino on Saturday, July 18, where they will be joined by Marty Stuart and his Fabulous Superlatives, with support provided by comedian and country musician Gary Mule Deer.

Miller's legendary rock career spawn countless hits in the late '60s and early '70s, chief among them tracks like The Joker, Livin' in the USA, Take the Money and Run, Jungle Love, and Space Cowboy.

Joining Miller for the concert is Stuart, a five-time Grammy Award-winner and platinum recording artist known for his rockabilly and honky tonk style.

Tickets go on sale this Friday, Mar. 13, at 10 a.m. and are priced at $69.50, $99 and $129, and will be sold at or at the Island Box Office.

Other acts announced for the 2020 Treasure Island Concert Series include Foreigner, Chicago, Kool and the Gang, and John Fogerty.
