Bookings are now being taken for a new, 40-room boutique hotel in downtown Stillwater, that's set to open next month.

Called Lora, the hotel can be found at the south end of Stillwater's famous Main Street, which was the former home of the Joseph Wolf Brewery.

It's the first Midwest property for Portland, Oregon-based Provenance Hotels, which has renovated the building and announced on Monday it's taking bookings for stays starting June 18 and beyond.

You can check out its selection of rooms and suites on its website, but be warned that it's not a cheap stay – its introductory room rates start at $275-per-night.

It also offers a two-room "Empire Suite," which comes with a private patio, a "deep soaking bathtub" and a sitting area overlooking Main Street.
