After nine months of remodeling, Summit Brewing's new beer hall is finally open in St. Paul.

The grand reopening of Summit Ratskeller – named in honor of German-style taverns around the world – at 910 Montreal Circle is at 2 p.m. Thursday with special events through Sunday.

This will include three limited feature brews to be released day-by-day as part of the Summit "Ratskeller Exclusive" collection.

More on the beer exclusives below, but the big draw is the tap room's new look, which includes a new doorway and vestibule with white oak and a rounded roof.

Inside, patrons will see that Summit has repositioned its 130-year-old red oak bar into a lighted area, in addition to increasing its draft lines from 16 to 20.

The walls are decorated with black and white, beer-centric photographs that are 9-feet tall; the floor space is filled with new furniture, including chestnut chairs and walnut high-top tables.

Last but not least, a 189-inch custom-built video screen.

Now, more on the special beers.

Exclusive #1 is a "super-limited" IPA with grapefruit and orange peel flavors. This bad boy is 8.2 percent alcohol by volume and is only available Thursday.

Exclusive #2 is another "super-limited" IPA with "big dang and fruity notes of mango, clementine, apricot, pineapple and bubblegum." Available Friday only.

Exclusive #3 is available Saturday and Sunday, and it's a brown ale with roasted and smoky flavors of maple syrup, coffee, graham cracker, spice and wood.

Summit will also have live music from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday, trivia on Saturday at 6 p.m., and food trucks each day.
