Take a peek at the resort replacing Waterpark of America

Check out these photos of Great Wolf Lodge.

Great Wolf Lodge – formerly Waterpark of America – is still under construction. But Friday it revealed some of what's been going on since the massive waterpark closed in January.

According to a fact sheet, Great Wolf will have 404 suites with 13 different styles. The largest ones sleep up to 12 guests, and the smallest sleep up to three.

And here's a look at the 75,000 square-foot indoor waterpark.

Above is what's called Fort Mackenzie. It's a "multi-level tree house water fort" with suspension bridges, slides, swinging cargo nets and spray stations. The tipping bucket dumps 1,000 gallons of water every four minutes.

There's also an indoor surf simulator with waves that reach five feet. Guests can try both knee boarding and surfing.

The waterpark will also have five body slides, two tube slides, a raft ride, a wave pool, a lazy river, and play areas for young kids.

Here's a look at one of the attractions that doesn't have to do with water.

Wolf Lodge will have a ropes course to explore. There will also be an arcade, rock wall, pint-sized bowling alley, and an area to practice mining.

Great Wolf Lodge is set to open in December
