Veterans Day lands on Nov. 11 and businesses around Minnesota are offering discounts, free meals, or a beer on the house to show appreciation for the service of veterans.

Steel Toe Brewing
The deal: The brewery is giving veterans their first beer on the house for the day.

Lift Bridge Brewing
The deal:
The Stillwater brewers are buying the first beer for all veterans who stop by.

Crooked Pint Ale House
The deal: Vets and active service members get a free meal from Crooked Pint. They can grab a Classic Lucy, Bourbon Cranberry Salad, Chicken Pot Pie, or Hog Heaven on the house.

The deal: The Burnsville brewery is offering buy-one-get-one-free beers for service members.

Torg Brewery
The deal: The brewery offers veterans $1 off all pours and $100 off private event space rentals year-round. On Veterans Day, it'll also host a Family Day with free arcade gameplay, and it'll have free snacks out for kids.
