After proving to be a huge hit at Hell's Kitchen in Minneapolis, more Twin Cities bars have jumped at the chance to sell the meatless "Impossible Burger."

Created by Impossible Foods in California, the plant-based burger uses a protein found in all living things, but is particularly prevalent in red meat, to mimic the taste of beef.

Hell's Kitchen in downtown Minneapolis became the first restaurant in Minnesota to sell the burger last month, and six more have since started doing the same.
