The eyes of the TV world fell on New York City Wednesday night, as the stars of "Game of Thrones" congregated for the premiere of its 8th and final season.
And there was a Minnesota presence on the red carpet, thanks to the design efforts of Twin Cities twins Danny and Kenny King.
The brothers own King Brothers Clothiers in Northeast Minneapolis, creating trendy bespoke suits for prominent customers including the Timberwolves' Karl-Anthony Towns, the Vikings' Eric Kendricks, the Twins' Byron Buxton, and the Wild's Jason Zucker.
Another of their regular customers is reigning World's Strongest Man Thor Bjornsson, who plays the role of "The Mountain" Gregor Clegane in the HBO fantasy epic.
The King Brothers' latest commission was clothing The Mountain for Wednesday's premiere, with the twins flying out to New York to get Bjornsson prepped and clothed in his custom-made tuxedo.
Said tuxedo then spread across the internet like "wildfire" when Bjornsson had a red carpet run in with one of his "Game of Thrones" adversaries, "The Viper" actor Jose Pedro Pascal.
Since launching their suit shop in 2011, their work has been featured internationally on several major TV networks, including NBC, ESPN, and CBS.
Excellence comes with a price, with bespoke suits starting at $1,095, while packages range anywhere up to $4,095. You can find more information here.
