'This Is Us' star Mandy Moore coming to Minnesota for 1st concert tour in a decade

The season finale of "This Is Us" aired Tuesday night.

It's been a decade since Mandy Moore toured as a music star, but the singer/songwriter-turned-actress is releasing a new album in 2020 and she's preparing to travel the country on a 29-city tour beginning in March.

Moore, ultra-popular now as a star of the NBC series "This Is Us," will be in Minneapolis to perform at the State Theatre on Sunday, April 19, 2020. Tickets for the 8 p.m. show go on-sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 22.

Prices are set in four tiers:

  • $39.50
  • $49.50
  • $69.50
  • $99.50

You can buy tickets online, by calling 800-982-2787 or by stopping by the State Theatre box office Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., or Saturdays from noon to 3 p.m.

Moore burst onto the music scene in 1999 with her debut album "So Real," later winning an MTV Movie Award for Breakthrough Female Performance for her 2002 role in "A Walk to Remember."

The fall finale of "This Is Us," in which Moore plays the character of Rebecca Pearson, aired Tuesday night.
