Trevor Noah announces arena tour – including a stop in St. Paul

The Daily Show host will pay a visit in February.

It's not often you see a stand-up comedian embarking on an arena tour, but that's what Trevor Noah will do next year.

The host of The Daily Show with Trevor Noah will kick off his Loud & Clear Tour 2019 in Toronto in January before visiting 27 other cities.

That includes a stop at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, where he will take the stage on Saturday, Feb. 9.

Tickets for the show go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m. via LiveNation.com, Ticketmaster and the Xcel Energy Center box office.

Noah took the reigns on The Daily Show in September 2015, succeeding popular host Jon Stewart at the end of his 16-year run.

He had worked under Stewart on the show before that, with the South Africa native already a celebrated comedian in his own right.

If you don't want to wait for general sale tickets, those with Citi cards can get pre-sale tickets starting Wednesday at 10 a.m., more information on which can be found here.
