"She was choking on a bad piece of cheese, so I gave her the Hoover maneuver and sucked it out of her."

It's a vacuum cleaner joke for the ages made famous (not really) by Full House star Dave Coulier during the original run of the popular TV show, which of course has relaunched with Fuller House in recent years.

Coulier played the role of Joey Gladstone on the show, the best friend, brother and uncle – and proud owner of a woodchuck puppet – anyone could ever ask for. And now he's bringing his schtick to St. Cloud in the form of a 90-minute comedy show.

He's headlining the inaugural St. Cloud State University Homecoming Comedy Show on Thursday, Oct. 18 at the Ritsche Auditorium. Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show, with opening act Jesus Trejo, beginning at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets are on sale and you can purchase them online right here or at the Atwood information desk on the SCSU campus. Students get in for $10 and tickets for the general public cost $20.

All seating in general admission.
