It was cold enough in Minnesota this past week that people started going stir crazy locked in their homes as temps plummeted as low as -28F in Minneapolis and a stretch of a dozen consecutive hours with a wind chill of at least -50F.
Instead of boiling a pot of water and throwing it in the frigid air, Danika Brinda filmed her daughter throwing a pair of frozen pants in the air. The pants stuck the landing and have since gone viral.
"When it was -50 degrees in Maple Grove, Minnesota, we went out and did some crazy winter tricks! This was by far the best!!!!" Brinda wrote.
Even ABC News picked up the video and it'll undoubtedly continue a bit a viral run through media outlets across the country.
The frozen pants gymnastics routine isn't the only of its type in Minnesota. Time Magazine profiled a Minneapolis man who has started a frozen pants trend in his neighborhood, and this year he added a frozen tuxedo to his display.
