The Savage Fire Department has come up with an unusual way of wishing their local community a merry Christmas.

The department on Tuesday shared a video of their Christmas light show, using six engines to create light routine set to "The Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy" from "The Nutcracker Suite."

Well, we say it's from "The Nutcracker," it's a souped up, dubstep version of the movement from Tchaikovsky's classic Christmas ballet.

The almost two-minute long routine must have taken a fair amount of time to prepare given the intricacy of the choreography, and it's the work of the city's communication's department.

"Our goal is for the video to go viral and help create awareness of our awesome paid-on-call firefighters and first responders," said City of Savage communications manager Emily Gunderson.
