'Way Over Our Heads' podcast: Snow Monday-Tuesday, warming winters, record late subzero temps and a super moon to behold
On this week's episode of the Way Over Our Heads podcast, climatologist Kenny Blumenfeld and Jim du Bois chat about the looming storm that could bring decent snowfall to the Twin Cities early this week, breaking the record for latest below zero temperature in the metro, warming winters and the prospects for a window of clear skies to see Sunday night's Super Blood Wolf Moon.
As for the snow, here's the latest forecast from the National Weather Service.
"By the end of the week, it's conceivable that the entire state will have an appreciable snow cover on the ground," Blumenfeld said.
More on the Super Moon, which skies should be clear for in eastern Minnesota, right here.
