The woman in a light blue shirt, named Michelle,was still reeling from the death of her 19-year-old son Blaine, the victim of a workplace accident.

While in the car with three of her other children, the radio station surprised Michelle over the air with a gift: six months of mortgage, paid, and $5,000 to finish outdoor renovations being done in memory of her son.
