Wisconsin seniors praised by police for this awesome car crash prank

Their prank was so good, even the police praised it.

Cumberland Police Department said "hats off" to local seniors for "one of the best senior pranks" their school has ever seen.

The students at Cumberland High School, in western Wisconsin, used half a junker to make it look like a car had crashed into the side of the school.

A closer look at the back of the car reveals its true nature, with "CHS Class of 2018" scrawled on the rear window.

The creative prank was complete with some spare bricks and a gaping hole in the wall, achieved using black tape and tarp.

The pictures of the prank posted by the police are going viral, having been shared more than 1,000 times and are now being picked up by national outlets.

Cumberland High School has a flair for the viral – earlier this year the school managed to persuade former Backstreet Boy AJ McLean to announce one of their snow days.
