Several members of the Kardashian family will be called to testify in the divorce trial of Minnesota-born former Gopher and NBA star Kris Humphries and reality TV celebrity Kim Kardashian, the Associated Press reports.
Among those on the list to be called by Kardashian's lawyers: Kardashian, her mother Kris Jenner and Humphries, according to new court documents filed in Los Angeles. Kardashian's boyfriend, Kanye West, and her sisters Kourtney and Khloe are not listed as probable witnesses, the AP says. West had been deposed in November, the AP reported.
Kardashian and Humphries were wed at a star-studded ceremony that was televised by E! Entertainment Television. She famously filed for divorce in October 2011 after just 72 days.
Humphries wants the marriage annulled, arguing that it was based on fraud, the AP reports. Court documents say Kardashian plans to testify that she "did not defraud (Humphries) into marrying her."
The trial is scheduled to start May 6.
