Chipotle lines never seem quite as daunting as they did just a couple of years ago, but if you still don't like waiting in line while holding your 30-pound toddler, you can now get your Chipotle delivered to you.
Chipotle has partnered with DoorDash to start delivery services in areas where DoorDash or Postmates is available, which there are more than 60 locations with one or the other in Minnesota.
We went through a test order and it was really easy. You'll have to order what you want, do a quick email or Facebook register with DoorDash and then checkout and wait, which said 18-28 minutes for us.
Deliveries are free this week in celebration of Cinco de Mayo, but expect a $4.99 delivery fee on all orders beginning next week.
For example, two chicken burritos at $6.85 each plus tax, tip ($3 for this example) and delivery fee will total out at $22.72.
That's almost $10 more than you would pay if you just ordered at the store, but if you don't want to mess with lines or leave your house, this could work for you.
