A 32-year-old man was shot in the arm, hip and shin around 4 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of Payne Avenue and Magnolia Avenue East, the St. Paul Police Department told Bring Me The News.

When police arrived at the scene, they found him lying in the intersection being helped by a group of bystanders.
