An unbelted motorist died in a two-vehicle crash in southern Minnesota on Tuesday morning, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

The crash happened around 6:19 a.m. in Blooming Grove Township, with the State Patrol reporting that the driver a 2018 Chevy Malibu was headed west on 430th Ave. when she failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with a 2005 Chevy Blazer that was traveling north on Hwy. 13.

Angela A. Anderson, 43, of Inver Grove Heights, was driving the Malibu. She was pronounced dead at the scene, with the State Patrol reporting that she was not wearing a seat belt.
