2 dead in St. Paul shooting Thursday morning

Two people are dead after a shooting in St. Paul Thursday morning. 

According to St. Paul Police Department, the shooting happened at the intersection of Payne Avenue and East North Street. 

Police say "cascading 911 calls" just after 3:30 a.m. led officers to the scene, where they found two men who'd been shot. Both victims died at Regions Hospital. Their identities have not been released. 

The victims were found lying on a sidewalk along East North Street. 

No arrests have been made and police are asking anyone with knowledge about the double homicide to call 651-266-5650.
