Two men have been arrested in connection to a shooting that killed a Minneapolis teenager in Fridley.
Police responded to the 6100 block of 5th Street Northeast in Fridley on Jan. 10 around 5:45 p.m. on multiple 911 calls reporting shots fired. On arrival, they found a 17-year-old Minneapolis boy suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital but did not survive his injuries.
The victim was later identified by the Anoka County Sheriff's Office as Keimonte Raclaud White.
On Monday, the sheriff's office announced that two men, both of Fridley, ages 24 and 20, have been arrested in connection to White's death.
Both men are being held in the Anoka County Jail pending charges, and once formal charges are filed Bring Me The News will name the suspects.
The case remains under investigation by Fridley Police Department and the Anoka County Sheriff's Office.
