Both drivers involved in a head-on crash on Highway 23 in southwest Minnesota were killed Thursday morning.
The State Patrol reports that the crash, involving a Ford F-150 and a Chevy Silverado, happened just before 6 a.m. on Hwy. 23 in Springwater Township, Rock County.
The driver of the Ford, identified as 44-year-old Matthew Alan Crawford, of Slayton, Minnesota, was southbound on Hwy. 23 while the driver of the Silverado, 26-year-old Jacob Vincent Mulder, of Brandon, South Dakota, was northbound on the highway.
They collided head-on near Milepost 11. Both men were pronounced dead at the scene.
