Seven people, including four children, were injured in a head-on crash in Golden Valley Sunday.

The two vehicles collided in the area of Golden Valley Road and Bonnie Lane around 2:30 p.m. on Sunday.

One of them was carrying two adults and four children, which collided with a car driven by a single person.

All four of the children weren't wearing their seatbelts, Golden Valley Police Department said.

The two adults required extraction from the vehicle, with all seven involved taken to a local hospital.

"Please buckle up," was the message from the City of Golden Valley on Sunday.
