9-year-old boy dies after lightning strikes sailboat
St. Louis County authorities say the young boy was among eight people injured Saturday afternoon after lightning struck a 26-foot sailboat at a Lake Superior beach area in Duluth. The boy was rushed to the hospital in "very serious" condition and later died of his injuries.
