Abduction attempt reported by U of M Public Safety

There was an attempted abduction Thursday morning in Minneapolis.  

According to University of Minnesota Public Safety, the abduction attempt happened at 7:10 a.m. near 4th Ave. SE and 6th St. SE, which is in the Marcy-Holmes neighborhood that sits just west-northwest of Dinkytown. 

The suspect is a male wearing a blue hoodie and blue sweatpants. 

Anyone who sees the suspect is urged to use caution and contact authorities.

No further information is available but BMTN will update the story once more details are provided.
