An aggravated robbery was reported Sunday evening near the University of Minnesota campus in Dinkytown.

According to a SAFE-U notification from the university, two male suspects assaulted a victim and took her purse near the intersection of 8th Street Southeast and 15th Avenue Southeast at 4:51 p.m.

The suspects got into a gray Nissan sedan and left the scene.

The two suspects were described as wearing dark hoodies, one with the Nike logo.

The incident happened just a few hours after another incident that prompted a SAFE-U alert, which means the school deemed it an active threat to the campus area.

This happened at 14th Avenue Southwest and University at 2:35 a.m., which saw a man aged 30-40 point a gun at a victim before fleeing the area.

He was wearing a black jacket and was driving a black Infinity M35 sedan.
