AMBER ALERT: Minneapolis children found safe, returned to mother

An Amber Alert has been issued in Minneapolis after two young siblings were taken by their father, who reportedly had threatened them harm.
Here from the Minnesota BCA: "Siblings Raziah Fane, 3, and Da’Zarionna Jackson, 5, were taken today at 3:48 p.m. from the 2900 block of DuPont Avenue North in Minneapolis by an acquaintance of their mother."
Their father, Ryan Edward Matthews, 32, is believed to be driving a black 2006 Chevy Equinox, either Minnesota plate ERT 526 or possibly FZS 637.
"The children’s mother has reported that Matthews has threatened to harm the children and law enforcement," the BCA says.
Raziah is wearing a yellow unicorn shirt with pink shorts, while Da'Zarionna is wearing flowery shorts and a green shirt.
Ryan Matthews is described as 6 feet tall and weighing 250 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes, and was wearing a tan Nike shirt & pants.
