Federal charges have been filed against an Andover, Minnesota, woman in connection with an arson at a St. Paul car rental business during last month's civil unrest.

Jessica White, 33, has been charged with conspiracy to commit arson and was arrested on Tuesday, making her first court appearance Wednesday.

She is alleged to have been involved in the fire that destroyed an Enterprise Rent-A-Car building, with authorities identifying her with two others from surveillance cameras inside and outside the business.

White can be seen outside of the business, nocking on the front window and looking in the front door while two others are inside, with these other people then exiting the building as the lobby area fills with smoke.

It's the latest set of charges to be filed in connection with arsons and rioting during the Twin Cities unrest, the majority of which have been filed against people who live outside of Minneapolis and St. Paul.

The ATF and FBI is urging people to report suspected arson or destructive acts connected to the unrest by calling 1-888-ATF-TIPS (1-888-283-8477), email or submit information anonymously via
