For the second time this week a lottery game has produced a $1 million winner in Minnesota.

The first million-dollar ticket – $1.6 million to be precise – was sold in Hermantown through the Gopher 5 game on Monday. On Wednesday, southern Minnesota produced a $1 million win in the Powerball drawing.

The winning ticket was sold at Kwik Trip in Mankato, located at 1549 East Madison Avenue. The ticket matched the first five numbers for the million bucks, but missed the Powerball.

Winning numbers: 14-18-26-39-68 with the Powerball being 9.

Nobody match all five numbers and the Powerball, and only two people hit five numbers for the $1 million prize, including the ticket sold in Mankato.

Saturday's Powerball drawing is worth an estimated $171 million.

The Kwik Trip will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the ticket.

The $1.6 million Gopher 5 ticket sold in Hermantown has yet to be claimed, according to lottery officials.
