Crashed Amtrak train was going twice speed limit

Preliminary data shows the Amtrak train that crashed in Philadelphia Tuesday night was going 100 mph – twice the speed limit for the curve it was in. Seven people have been confirmed killed in the crash.

CEOs earn 373 times amount of ordinary workers

CEOs listed on the AFL-CIO labor union pay database earned $13.5 million on average last year – 373 times more than the $36,000 per year paid to the average production and nonsupervisory worker. It's an increase of 16 percent from last year.
