Arrest made in Duluth synagogue fire investigation

Police have made an arrest in connection to the fire that destroyed the Adas Israel Congregation synagogue in Duluth on Monday.

Little information has been released at this stage, other than a press release announcing a Sunday morning press conference "regarding the arrest of Adas Israel Synagogue fire suspect and fire investigation conclusion."

The blaze at the historic synagogue at 302 E. Third St. was reported in the early hours of Monday morning, with the building a total loss.

Duluth police and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives have been investigating the fire.
